• At this time, Ebony Beauty Supply ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. Nor does Ebony Beauty Supply ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.



• Return Policy
• Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by ebonybeautysupply.com however: Please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. We'll also provide you with a free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (ie. defective merchandise or incorrect item.) In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund or you can ship the item back to us. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
